First Aid Courses

first aid coursesWhether you are looking at being the registered first aider at your place of work, you work with someone who has specialist medical needs or would simply like to have the security of knowing what to do in the case of an emergency, we can provide a Nuco registered first aid course which will give you the knowledge, practice and necessary qualification you need.

Our 3 day first aid courses are designed for those persons who need an accredited qualification to act as the registered first aider at their place of work.  This qualification will enable the individual with the necessary skills and knowledge to deal with first aid situations in both low and high risk environments.

This is a comprehensive level 3 qualification and will provide you with the highest level of first aid training available. Valid for 3 years at which point a refresher course would be necessary.

To attend this course, you need no previous knowledge, qualification or physical prerequisites.

2 Day First Aid at Work Refresher Courses

Our 2 day FAA level 3 refresher course is there for those individuals who already possess a full level 3 First aid at work qualification which is due to expire and would like to renew it.

Covering all of the same subjects and topics as the original course along with any updates to proceedures and protocol changes which occured in the 3 year period since their original qualification.

Registered first aiders who wish to renew their qualification with a refresher course must do so before their current certificate expires within a month past the expiry date without fail or else a full 3 day course will need to be attended to requalify.  (There are certain special exceptions made up to 3 months past the renewal date under certain circumstances - please check with us for full details).  As a rule of thumb, one month after is the cut off point and it is prudent to keep track of your certificates expiry date to ensure that you are still legally covered and qualified if you need certification in your workplace.

This first aid at work refresher course will provide the same level 3 qualification and last a further 3 years.
