About Us
Phil Constable is the owner / manager of Broadview which was setup in 2015. Phil Constable is a retired police officer who had served with Hampshire Constabulary from 1988 - 2012. The majority of his service was served as a traffic officer specialising in the commercial vehicle sector and in the latter stages, being involved in the investigation of serious and fatal road collisions.
Phil Constable holds a full C&E LGV license and hold an ADR license to carry all classes of dangerous goods by road, he also drives for a limited number of local haulage firms and acts as the DGSA (Dangerous Goods Safety Advisor) for 2 local companies.
Phil is approved by NUCO (Ofqual awarding Body) as a First Aid and Defibrillator Instructor to deliver Level 2 EFAW and Level 3 FAW courses.
Driver First Assist (DFA) courses teach drivers who may find themselves first on scene at serious crashes how to protect the scene prior to the arrival of the emergency services and to carry out basic life support procedures.
I have seen first hand and administered the type of treatments and procedures we offer courses on through my years in the Hampshire Constabulary. I believe this gives me a unique understanding and perspective on what we are teaching to our clients to ensure they receive the best possible training for their company employees.
